Our unique structure

Since its first office opened in Seattle, Windermere has built its business on two basic principles: anticipate and respond to the real estate needs of buyers and sellers, and support the communities we serve.

All Windermere offices are locally owned and operated. Windermere is a federation of individual corporations and affiliate offices, with the majority of financial ownership of each corporation or affiliate resting with the individual broker.
